Did my order go through????

Sometimes customers are not sure if their order has processed  because no one has reached out to them or they did not get a confirmation email!  Don’t worry ! Don’t stress! We got you! 

Sometimes AI will prevent email confirmations and send our emails to the spam folder !  Make sure you  check your spam folder !

Most times we are really busy processing orders in the office and we don’t have time to text message customers that we received their order! We are really busy !!!

You should not expect a confirmation text! You should expect to get your delivery on time! In the delivery window you selected! If we are running behind at all , someone will reach out to you ahead of time as much as possible to let you know!

So how do you know if the order was processed ?

After you completed your ordering process at checkout.

You will be taken to a confirmation page!

On that confirmation page you will get an “order confirmation number”!

If you received  an “Order Confirmation number” , your order did go through our system and all you really need to do is just wait to be contacted by the driver in the delivery window you selected!

Just sit back, relax and wait for that driver to hit you up !
Don’t stress, don’t worry ! Screen shoot your confirmation number on the confirmation page if you would like!

Just remember you know your order has processed and it’s on the way if you got an “order confirmation number” after you submitted the order!

Do not expect to be contacted  by anyone but the driver in the delivery window you Selected ! 

We don’t normally come early . We come in the window you selected!
